HR Challenge Poland is a conference that year by year gathers leading HR experts. Speakers share their experiences, insights, and success stories (case studies) in the field of recruitment strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and personnel development. HR Challenge is a perfect opportunity for those, who seek innovative solutions and current trends in HR, to learn, share the knowledge, and network.

As in previous years, the agenda of the event is comprehensive, so that all participants can find the topics in line with their interests. The conference was divided into plenary sessions, discussion panels, parallel sessions, and workshops. The discussions during this year’s edition were focused on among others attracting and increasing employee engagement in the face of market turbulence and changes in work models. Speakers will also reflect on the growing role of technology in supporting the daily work of HR departments.

Workshop “HR as a leader of change: strategies for the digital transformation of organizations”

On the first day of HR Challenge Poland, participants will have the opportunity to take part in one of the four parallel workshops. One of them will be led by Productive24 experts and will be focused on preparing companies for navigating the digital transformation of HR processes and effective change management. It is a perfect chance to not only acquire valuable skills but also to get a better understanding of key areas for HR professionals such as business analysis.

During workshops, HR specialists will be able to acquire practical competencies such as:

• business analysis for HR processes,
• preparing a company for change (including digital one),
• knowledge of how to approach the project to achieve goals desired by the company, not by the supplier,
• communication of change based on the selected model of change management
• addressing stakeholders’ resistance and concerns to change,
• tools that streamline and arrange the process of digital transformation.
