Productive24 L&D software allows one to easily manage knowledge in the organization and collect it in one central place.

Thanks to that, employees can easily communicate with each other, and share information or ideas using available features such as brainstorming, discussion, and comments section. What’s more, personal development is supported by gamification elements – kudos, badges, rewards, etc.

In addition, the system provides secure authorization and data access management. Moreover, it has built-in mechanisms for verifying the results of tests and quizzes.

System functions:

  • Record of training courses

    • Keeping a register of all training offered by the organization – online and offline ones.
    • Advanced filters – easy search based on any parameters, e.g. listing certified training.
    • Fast sorting of training, e.g. by date (start date, end date), by status (planned, scheduled, completed, cancelled), by type (compulsory and optional, internal and external).
    • Possibility to record additional information of training, e.g. linking the training with EU funding program.
    • Transparent view of training courses, e.g. as a Kanban board with possibility to change the status by drag & drop method.
  • Planning of training

    • Creating a new training card, including date, location, schedule, lecturer, total number of participants.
    • Information on competencies affected by the training (selection from the list of competencies).
    • Defining the competencies that are required among employees to be able to participate in the given training.
    • Training schedule – presentation of all training courses in a calendar view.
    • Possibility to save a given training as a template for future use.
    • The visibility of training while planning is limited to a fixed moment, e.g. when a training is approved by an authorized person.
    • Reporting training needs (training requests).
    • Possibility to add image files or banners.
  • List of participants

    • Managing the list of training participants.
    • Automatic generation of the list of employees with specific competencies to whom the given training is addressed (view of filtered list of participants with specific parameters, e.g. list of employees with required competencies at appropriate level).
    • Confirming the willingness to participate in training by invited employees, as well as cancelling their participation.
    • Possibility to define the minimum and maximum number of participants.
    • Automatic generation of attendance list of employees who confirmed the willingness to participate in the training and possibility to confirm the list by the lecturer.
  • Online training courses

    • Various types of training courses (e.g. onboarding training) in online form.
    • Defining the stages of training, preparing its content and attaching additional media.
    • Possibility to give an employee award points for completion of the training.
    • Training evaluation forms – optional or compulsory surveys available for the training participants, for completion of which certain points may be scored. In addition, the possibility of both notifying users about pending surveys and creating necessary reports with training results (more: HRM/HCM -> Surveys, tests and quizzes).
    • Base of training material with possibility to attach additional files such as images, presentations, documents, videos, etc.
  • Certificates

    • Generating training certificates with unique document identification number.
    • Creating dedicated certificate template in accordance with graphic design of the organization, ready to download and print (PDF format).
    • Generating certificate for a single employee or collectively – for all employees participating in the training.
    • Collecting all certificates obtained by given employee on his profile or in electronic personnel files.
  • Additional training settings

    • Grouping training courses into training programs, option to activate and deactivate them at any time.
    • Management of competencies that are developed by specific training, grouping them into main categories.
    • Scoring and giving weight to the training.
    • Gathering feedback on the training, both from lecturer and participants.
    • Assigning surveys and certificates to training – as mandatory or optional.

  • Training budget management

    • Planning the training budget based on approved training program.
    • Automatic validation of training data – control of compliance between planned training costs and budget approved for a given program.
    • Access to the current budget usage screen and change management – applying for reallocation of funds from one project to another, budget modifications from the moment of accepting a request.
    • Free modeling of the decision-making process, including the possibility to make changes to approved budget by authorized users.
  • Comments and notifications

    • Flexible notification system (e-mail, push, system), standard and custom notifications created and send after a certain action is performed e.g., submitting a holiday request, request approval.
    • Invite notifications for employees providing information on upcoming training.
    • Notifications to employees from the training reserve list in case of some available places due to resignation by others.
    • Conducting multithreaded discussions thanks to any number of nested replies.
    • Comprehensive text and image editor.
    • The comments section successfully replacing e-mail communication, with its ability to share comments anywhere in the system and save discussions contextually.

    • A comprehensive knowledge base is divided into specified groups and categories, with the possibility to add the tags.

    • Materials are available to users according to granted permissions.
    • Effortless verification of users that did not get familiar with articles, rules, or procedures.
