In practice, this supports users in selecting the right solutions, analyzing product properties, and quickly accessing knowledge that may previously have been scattered across documents, catalogs, and technical materials.
The AI assistant was built on the Extentum AI platform and operates in an on-premises model. This approach ensures full control over data, compliance with the organization’s security policies, and no need to process information outside the client’s environment.
The solution is available as a web application and as a native mobile application used on tablets and kiosks. This allows users to work with the system in different locations and scenarios – both at a computer and outside the office.
