“Congratulations on a great webinar!”, “An awesome tool and a great way to seal processes”, “An interesting, comprehensive solution” – these are just some of the comments we received after the webinar “Employee Journey”.

The COVID-19 pandemic, the introduction of remote working, emerging trends related to agile management in the organization – these are the key factors that have significantly accelerated the process of digital transformation of many companies. Undoubtedly, this had a huge impact on the work of HR departments, which faced a considerable challenge of arranging the employee’s path in the organization in accordance with the changing business environment.

The Key Role of Employee Experience

In order to improve the Employee Journey in the organization, it is worthwhile to carefully analyze two key aspects related to it, i.e.: employee lifecycle – specific stages through which they pass during their career, and Employee Experience – experiences and feelings that accompany them at each of them.

Mapping the employee lifecycle, i.e. isolating the key steps in this process, allows you to identify potential problems and areas for improvement. Actions to improve the employee experience make it possible to significantly increase their comfort at work, and thus positively impact their engagement, motivation and long-term satisfaction. Keep in mind that people are the most valuable resource of the organization, that’s why it is so important to properly design, measure and constantly take care of the Employee Experience. Monitoring and improving this area translates directly into the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire organization (more about other benefits of building positive employee experience on the blog www.karolinakarwowska.pl).

Employee Journey webinar – topics we raise

Employee Journey in the organization: challenges and solutions

During the event, we discuss what the expectations of employees at each stage of their lifecycle in the organization are, focusing in particular on those areas that are most influenced by the HR department, namely: recruitment, hiring process and preboarding, onboarding, training and development, periodic reviews, wellbeing and offboarding. We also talk more extensively about:

  • What challenges await HR departments at each stage and how to effectively deal with them in order to continuously improve both HR department efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • How to quickly and efficiently solve problems and build a strong organization that can easily adapts to the changing business environment.

Part of our meeting is dedicated to discuss the benefits that the appropriate technology, such as the Productive24 platform, can bring to HR professionals, especially in terms of:

  • digitalization of specific, individual HR processes in the organization,
  • reflecting the entire employee lifecycle in a single IT system,
  • synergy resulting from connecting HR processes with other key areas in the organization.

“Productive24 fits perfectly into managing the Employee Journey through the company and thus the entire Employee Experience. So far, it is the only platform I know of that incorporates every stage of the Employee Journey, step by step!”
